Qualifications:
- Graduate of 4-year Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business related field
- Has handled and maintained substantial number of quality microfinance loan accounts.
- Has at least twoyears of supervisory experience in handling a microfinance operation
- Must have a proven track record in achieving targets and goals
- Computer literate
- Knows how to drive with current Driver’s license
- Willing to travel and work overtime
- Willing to be assigned or relocated to other areas, if required by management
- Analytical and with good credit evaluation skills
- Has good communication and people skills.
