Loan Account Specialist
The Loan Account Specialist is responsible for selling the loan products of the Bank. Doing so requires that he/she markets and meets with potential clients, maintains existing clients, conducts credit and background data collection on prospective clients, collects and validates loan documents, analyzes financial condition of the business, packages the loan, and strictly monitors the accounts under his/her management.
The Loan Account Specialist is responsible for attaining his/her individual budget and for maintaining a quality and profitable loan portfolio.
Qualifications
- At least Senior High School graduate
- Preferably with work experience in microfinancing and/or lending
- With good interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills
- Computer literate (MS Excel, MS Word)
- Willing to do fieldwork and deal with micro entrepreneurs
- Knows how to drive a motorcycle or is willing to learn to drive a motorcycle
