Customer Service Assistant

The CSA/Teller is responsible for accurate and efficient processing and recording of routine cash transactions for bank customers including accepting deposits and withdrawals, processing loan payments and money transfers and releasing of loans. He/she is also responsible for generation of regular system reports and statements of accounts daily, monthly and per request from bank officers; and clients with Cashier’s approval

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any business-related course
  • Has knowledge in counterfeit detection and BSP Regulations in cash/deposit handling
  • Has good analytical and communication skills
  • Has proficient computer skills and interpersonal skills
