Collection and Recovery Unit Head
The Collection and Recovery Unit Head manages the Credit Policy Review Unit with the primary function of managing the External Collection Agency including accreditation, on-boarding, endorsement and monitoring of performance and managing the banks foreclosed properties. He/she may also be tapped for other assignments for the department to deliver its mandate efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business-related course preferably in Accounting, Accounting Technology and Management Accounting
- Basic knowledge in banking operations, basic accounting, Credit Analysis, Credit Investigation, Financial statement reading, protection, and analysis
- At least three (3) years banking experience
- Ability to handle occasional or special duties
- Strong problem solving and Analytical Skills
- Ability to multitask and work speedily under pressure with minimal supervision
