Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS in Accountancy
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Has at least five years of progressively responsible experience in banking industry
- Has comprehensive knowledge in BSP regulations, circulars, accounting standards, bank operations, government and regulatory policies, procedures, income tax, financial statement preparation and analysis
- Has excellent skills in financial planning and budgeting; and possesses a strategic mind-set
- Has good people management skills and values teamwork
